Shipment and delivery

• Your order will be shipped within 2 - 3 working days from the order date.

• Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days of its ship date.

Please note that Ness Designs is not responsible for any shipping delays nor for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

• Once you have received your purchase, if for any reason you wish to return the item(s), you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.

• We do not return refunds in cash, only in store credit to your account. We shall have no liability whatsoever towards you other than provide in store credit to your account. Please read the return policy. Please keep in mind that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
